Five weeks after the State of Hawaii vouched for the authenticity of President-elect Barack Obama's birth certificate, the controversy over allegations that Obama is not eligible to take office next month has reached the Supreme Court, which is expected to announce Monday whether it will consider the matter.

Here is Gov (commerce secretary elect)Bill Richardson saying in Spanish that Obama is an "immigrant." (So he understands understands "immigrant" issues.)The context suggests that by "immigrant" bill richardson means "illegal immigrant"

Here in plain English is the Kenyan Ambassador saying that Obama is born in Kenya.

............

from obama's own site factcheck.org by way of fightthesmears on his dual citizenship at birth

“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”

You are right.

Gun sales up a billion percent because Americans know the score.

The Kommunists are about to assume full power next month, and we are preparing for the worst case scenario.

This past year truly has been one of prayer and firearms purchases for millions of Americans.

Five weeks after the State of Hawaii vouched for the authenticity of President-elect Barack Obama's birth certificate...

Wait, whoa! Holdonaminute!

Enough of this deceptive crap.

They vouched for the copy They have, not the image posted on the net.

When the first line starts with deception, where is the rest of the article going?

Five weeks after the State of Hawaii vouched for the authenticity of President-elect Barack Obama's birth certificate,

I agree. They didn't do anything of the kind.

The mere fact that they DIDN'T is what's keeping this issue alive. They keep stating that HI state law FORBIDS them from discssing it with anyone but him or anyone that he directs. And he ain't directing.

Seems that they authenticated that they have an unspecified something on file, but that's all.

He could put this to bed in 5 mins by showing up infront of a presser waving the silly thing around, pointing out the great seal on it and laugh at those silly conservatives. THe fact that he isn't speaks volumes..

It's not even a deception. THe line from this article is an outright lie.

Once upon a time a man had gone shopping and his wife asked him if he had bought milk. He said yes, but seeing that she had to make lots of pudding because their daughters’ friends were coming over, she wanted to be doubly sure.

Now the real simple answer in the old pre-enlightenment days would have been to open the refrigerator and take a quick look. Instead the man gets terribly upset because the woman, his spouse doubted his word. He shows her the shopping list and there is “milk” on it and he shows her the rather skimpy and undetailed supermarket receipt which he pulls out of one of the many plastic bags which they put away in helter-skelter order under the sink, and sure enough there is “dairy” written on it. But it could also mean yoghurt and butter and even cheese, and so the wife is not satisfied. But the man insists that it refers to the Milk in question.

From there the discussion degenerates to talk about the qualities and histories of their respective families, other instances of negligence, his and hers. She marches to the refrigerator and demands to open it, but the man stands guard over it. One daughter, mama’s pet sides with her and another daddy’s pet sides with him.

Then the man gets Hume, Wittgenstein, St. Thomas Aquinas, Schopenhaur and the greatest philosopher of all times, Beckenbauer into the discussion to defend his logic, his God-given and man-created rights. From philosophy the near-altercation degenerates into 3 schools of psychology. The dream school, the sex school and the all-is-vanity school.

Well they both know that the final answer (except for the possibility that there IS indeed milk, but that it might be expired) is in the refrigerator. That logic, (the logic of the pre-enlightenment period, when Indians were still called Injuns, when wives couldn’t vote, but would nevertheless use frying pans and rolling pins on wayward husbands), is inescapable. Yet the man prefers to keep it in the realm of rights, sociology, history, psychology, religion... and she instead stubbornly demands to open up the refrigerator and double-check. First to see that there IS the required milk and then to make sure it’s not expired. She wonders what his problem is, also because they have more important things to worry about, like the mortgage falling due and the dog’s nails that need to be clipped.

He tells her that she is the one doubting him after the evidence he has shown, and so the burden of proof is on her. She says that he is the one who made the affirmation so the burden of proof is on him.

And suddenly, by magic (which is always on the side of mamas) the refrigerator door opens all by itself... and wouldn’t you know it....

Media giant Tribune Co., saddled with billions in debt since it became a privately-held company last year, has hired bankruptcy advisers, according to its flagship newspaper, the Chicago Tribune.

NPR is STILL saying somebody shouted “KILL HIM” at the Palin rally even though everybody official and their dog couldn’t find a single witness to it.

They willfully and knowingly repeat a lie until it “becomes truth”.

The left is -evil-.

Surely NOT driven by MSM. . .which like, the 'Big Three' caravan, they too, stay in a straight line formation and at a planned pace; designated stops. . .Altogether, a planned choreography of news.

You Betcha the Internet is winning on the information front. . .

Exactly! In a matter as important as this, SCOTUS needs to see the damn thing, irregardless of the State of Hawaii “vouching” for it. Ridiculous.

Seems the Chi-Trib is keeping this going in the Ill. area.

It's all psych, and I believe their position is ... flood the locals with pro-Obama word and thoughts, but the problem with psy-ops is ... it can accomplish the reverse of what you desire.

Like WACO .. it will take gummint force to accomplish an end, if the psy-op fails.

The Supers have the power now to keep America or truly flush the Constitution down the 'terlit'

The internet is driving the Birth-certificate story because papers like yours refuse to even acknowledge it.
