About an half hour ago, my oldest son called from the Sac airport after his annual goose/duck hunting trip to Eastern Washington. It was the warmest in years, and the geese bagged (good hunting yesterday) were basically natives (tags) to that area. Nothing really from Canada.

Today is warmer but we've been below normal quite a few days recently @confluence of Columbia and Snake rivers

Normal for today is high 44, low 31; several days in the last week stuck in the 30s.

Record high for today is 59 and we're at 53 now.

Yeah, I see forecast lows of below zero to teens in eastern WA and OR Sunday and Monday. I hate it.
