The sworn affidavit by FBI Agent Daniel Cain, starting at page 54, is posted at this site. It does not appear that the previous pages can be accessed, but you can click on the "Next" tabs to the right of the text.
Click on the tabs to get to the pertinent pages 62-66, paragraphs 101 - 103, to read the summaries of a crucial November 10, 2008 2-hour phone call between Blagojevich, his wife, his General Counsel John Harris, and "various Washington D.C.-based advisors," including "Advisor B." ("The Smoking Gun" states "Additionally, Rahm Emanuel, the incoming White House chief of staff, is referred to in the affidavit as "President-elect Advisor.")
I also found paragraph 102 to be particularly interesting. For those who don't have the time to access the link, a portion reads as follows:
"Later on November 10, 2008, Rod Blagojevich and Advisor A discussed the open Senate seat. Among other things, Rod Blagojevich raised the issue of whether the President-Elect could help get Rod Blagojevich's wife on "paid corporate boards right now." Advisor A responded that he "think(s) they could" and that a "President-Elect...can do almost anything he sets his mind to do."

At the end of Jesse Jackson Junior’s press conference, something struck me as odd. He wraps up by saying that his lawyer has given a press conference earlier and that he will not be taking questions. But then he says “I got an email from my little sister today” and rattles on, and then says again “that was from my little sister”. It struck me that he might have been sending someone a message like Clinton did when he wore the tie Monica had given him.
He does have at least two “little sisters”. Jaqueline Jackson, Jr. (Yes she IS a junior) by his mom, and the 9 year-old daughter of his father’s mistress. It occurred to my tinfoil self that Jesse Jackson Sr. was the person who offered the million dollar political donation. Maybe Jesse Sr. has another daughter out there.
Jesse Jackson Jr. was also co-chairman of the Obama Campaign and his OLDER sister, Santita, is godmother to Malia Obama. Who, if anyone, was he signalling.

I mean, c’mon. Who else is Blago going to negotiate with for goodies in exchange for a Democrat approved puppet for Illinois senator?

The affidavit states that the governor wanted to establish a 501(c)(4) to carry out this whole “selling of Obama’s seat” deal. This should give people a clearer understanding of what 501(c)(4) groups are really about: graft, corruption and subverting the democratic process.
