Don't let Fitz bury the investigation. Tell Blago not to resign.

Call Blago and tell him to call their bluff

Waiting for the Obama apologists to show up claiming that this discussion is a waste of time and insisting that we need to talk about something else.

Even if Team Obamanaught rejected the offer of a deal for Jarrett, their knowledge that Blago was dealing Obamanaught’s seat for cash obligated them to go to the FBI?

Did Obama’s team inform the FBI that Blago was selling the seat?

If they didn’t inform the FBI that Blago was selling the seat, are they part of the conspiracy? Part of the coverup? Obstructing justice? Failing their responsibilities to the people and the justice system?

This seems like much ado about Rahm and Barry throwing a temper tantrum for not being able to illegally force their favorite choice for Governor. I can’t imagine Fitz doing anything to embarrass Rahm and Barry. Fitz reminds me of Ken Starr. Both of them only seem to get half-the-picture.

**Going way out on a limb here.**

We won’t know any of the contacts with the zero cabal until after (picking a date at random) Jan. 20, 2009.

This is really lining up to be another Clinton administration of scandal and this one is starting early. Where will we be in 2 years? Corruption was the change he offered apparently and the hope was it would be overlooked by the media and idiots!

In the information concerning the wiretaps in the complaint, it’s clear that Blago was VERY anxious to speak to either Jarrett or the Pres.-Elect Advisor( Emmanuel) in the days between Nov. 10-13 about the creation of a 501(c)(4) with money from Buffet or other rich Obama associates which Blago could run, but there is not information in the complaint that Blago actually did communicate with Jarrett or the Pres.-Elect Advisor.

BUT, the wiretaps continued past Nov. 13, but information about wiretaps after Nov. 13 are not included in the complaint. Did Blago communicate, either directly or through an intermediate with Jarrett and/or Emmanuel after Nov. 13?

Obama said yesterday he is going to find out exactly what communications staff members had with Blago and report the information publicly in a week. They’re going to have to tell everything or tell nothing because they don’t know what might be on those wiretaps after Nov. 13.

Guys, look.

We have a legitimate shot now in 2010 by running once again as the reform party. Let’s not squander opportunities AGAIN. The whole point of winning elections is to make the changes that we need.

ROD BLAGOJEVICH asked what he can get from the President-elect for the Senate seat. ROD BLAGOJEVICH stated that Governor General Counsel believes the President-elect can get ROD BLAGOJEVICH's wife on paid corporate boards in exchange for naming the President-elect's pick to the Senate. Governor General Counsel asked, "can [the President-elect] help in the private sector. . . where it wouldn't be tied to him? . . .I mean, so it wouldn't necessarily look like one for the other." ROD BLAGOJEVICH's wife suggested during the call that she is qualified to sit on corporate boards and has a background in real estate and appraisals. ROD BLAGOJEVICH asked whether there is something that could be done with his wife's "series 7" license in terms of working out a deal for the Senate seat. ROD BLAGOJEVICH stated that he is "struggling" financially and does "not want to be Governor for the next two years."

This sounds like the Obama people wanted an exchange of favours with plausible deniability locked in. Sounds like they aren't stupid. Corrupt yes, but not stupid.

ROD BLAGOJEVICH said that the consultants (Advisor B and another consultant are believed to be on the call at that time) are telling him that he has to "suck it up" for two years and do nothing and give this "m***f*** [the President-elect] his senator. F*** him. For nothing? F*** him." ROD BLAGOJEVICH states that he will put "[Senate Candidate 4]" in the Senate "before I just give f*** [Senate Candidate 1] a f*** Senate seat and I don't get anything." (Senate Candidate 4 is a Deputy Governor of the State of Illinois).

This sounds like Obama's people weren't willing to pay the upfront price Blagojevich wanted. Obama's people wanted something "where it wouldn't be tied to him". It doesn't sound like their is going to be anything here that we can tie to Obama given the media phalanx he has riding guard for him.
