We protested CHE in 2004. It's time to do it again. I still have my signs from 2004. We need YOU.

This week, Benicio Del Toro was in Havana celebrating the opening of "Che," a film that glorifies the Butcher of La Cabaña. We must not remain silent. Just as there is no film glorifying Hitler or Stalin, this film is an abomination that should not have been made.

In the name of the victims, please join us in publicly denouncing "Che."

So prosecute him for travelling to Cuba as anything but a "journalist".

"You can't make a film with any level of credibility in this case unless it's in Spanish," Soderbergh said. "I hope we're reaching a time where you go make a movie in another culture, that you shoot in the language of that culture. I'm hoping the days of that sort of specific brand of cultural imperialism have ended."

Let's stop giving money to people like Soderbergh and Del Toro who glorify evil. Here's a list of their movies which you can boycott:

Steven Soderbergh.

Benicio Del Toro.

I highly recommend Humberto Fontova’s excellent book exposing the REAL Che Guevara, and the “useful idiots, like Soderbergh and del Toro, who try to make the coward a legend.

As for Del Toro, I’ve seen Sin City and 21 grams.

Not much of a sacrifice, to be sure....

I guess I saw this thread pretty late.

I wish I could have been in LA with you. I sent a letter protesting the inclusion of this piece of ordure in the Boise public library system. You can imagine the response I got.
