I doubt he will be disqualified, but this could be one more thing to tie around the DNC - they obviously know Barry isn't eligible because of the attempted legistlation to change the definition of natural "born" citizen, and could help weakend Obama's socialist agenda. Basically, this story could bring down anyone that tries to hide it.
They may think that they are the only ones that really have a need to know.
No, none of that could happen because, as it turns out, “natural born” does not mean “naturalized”. In fact, “naturalized” is the OPPOSITE of “natural born”. And, as I said, none of that is true any longer. The law was changed years after Obama’s birth.

Have you called your Congressman and Senators to ask them to do something??? Have you prayed about it??? Where does it say in Scripture that we are to just give up in the face of blatant fraud???

Part of “his job” ALSO requires he not toss our capitalist free market system to the dogs, so to institute socialism, the nationalization of private SOLVENT banks, and the nationalization of American industry. That sort of government intervention has a name: “fascism”
Please do not tell me about President G.W. Bush’s “job”... He has abandoned the concept of capitalism, and is now so far separated from even the pretense of conservatism that it is laughable on face to seriously entertain the thought that he might intervene in restoring that which his oath of office requires: “...to protect and defend the Constitution of these United States...”
Seems to me the supreme court consists of a bunch of folks who are smart enough to figure out that if there are any questions about whether Obama is a citizen, then they darn well ought to hear the case. Since they decided to not hear the case, then they must have thought this case did not have enough merit to cast doubt on the matter.
Nice try, Michelle, but no sale. Any executive order he signs and any legislation he signs into law is quite likely to offend the left or the right. Expect a long line of challenges based on the lack of proof of eligibility. When one of the challenges adds in a significant number of offended middle/moderate/independent people to join either the left or the right, that's when the fireworks start.
Not delaying the Electoral College vote does not necessarily equate to "Justices Won't Review Obama's Eligibility to Serve". The federal government does not take official notice of the Presidential election until the current VP opens the ballots on January 8th; the court is simply acting on this legal fact.

Yes indeed. What is also strange is that Jennie Jerome was born and raised in America. She was 20 years old when she married Randolph Churchill. Winston Spencer Churchill was born in 1874 in England to her and Randolph.
In 1963 Sir Winston Churchill was accorded one of his greatest honours. He was given honorary citizenship of the United States of America. If I posted this to you before please accept my apologies. Perhaps others may find it useful.

The laws were different at the time. Actually, there weren’t very many of them. Besides, Churchill didn’t live in the US. He became of age and under UK law was considered a Ukian!
Agreed. Obama's autobiography seems a bit fantastical. Barak Obama, Sr was probably just a convenient stand-in for a father/husband. I'm betting that on Barak's BC the name is listed as "Barry Dunham", or some other such name. This would be embarassing to Obama but not disqualifying.
The longer I'm on this Earth the more pathological liars I meet. Many appear to be in politics. It wouldn't surprise me if Barak Obama is one of them. Bill Clinton was.

Yep, as this is *all* directed at Obama not being qualified to serve as President of the United States, under the Constitution’s requirements — it definitely does tend to look that way.
What people should realize is that none of this is going to have any effect on Obama being President. What should be done is that people should be working to change things so that it *does not* happen again. I’m pretty fairly sure that everyone can forget about Obama being affected.
Work for the future (i.e., change the vetting process)... and forget about Obama... It’s going nowhere...

As I understand it, it is the responsibility of the DNC/RNC to make sure their candidates for office are properly credentialed.
As for the “privacy” issue of my (or your) birth certificate...
I had to show it to get into college.
I had to show it to get my latest drivers license here in Nevada due to the Patriot Act.
Kids mave to have one presented to go to school in some areas.
Kids have to present one when joining Little League.

Neither of the 2 hospitals where NObama claims he was born at has any record of his mommy being there or birthing him there.
Why do YOU think the members of senior NObama’s family stated in Kenya that they witnessed his birth there?

There are far too many records pertaining to NObama which he absolutely refuses to release, and it’s not just his birth certificate...he hasn’t even released his medical records—ala Bill Clinton.
