Sugar always made Nic wild. So I dont trust that myth that it doesnt. And I know many depressed people around the holidays. Joes brother tried to kill himself on Christmas Eve & so has Renee, so I am not buying that one either.I saw smoke once and there wasn't a fire. I put in a stitch in time once and it didn't save nine. I know a guy who went to bed early and got up early but he never became healthy nor wise.

Immediately upon rising or any time before noon?I usually need a couple hours or so before food appeals to me. Then I am OK. I've been that way all my life. Never wanted an early breakfast. But I DO love to eat the rest of the time. I have a couple bowling balls of extra weight right now. I tend to lose it when the days get longer.
