Brown argued the November ballot measure that banned gay marriage “deprives people of the right to marry—an aspect of liberty that the Supreme Court has concluded is guaranteed by the California Constitution.”

Jerry should be recalled. It is his job as AG to DEFEND the State of California against legal challenges, including ones he doesn’t like.

He is wrong. It doesn’t deny anyone the right to marry. They deny themselves the right to have a normal heterosexual marriage.

Jerry, Jerry, Jerry. It’s “WE THE PEOPLE’S” country. IT DOESN’T BELONG TO MORONIC POLITICIANS LIKE YOU AND YOUR STUPID COURTS!

Should CA conservatives get ready to form a recall movement?

Jerry is olde. He’ll die soon enough. He’ll be amongst friends when he does.

“Brown argued the November ballot measure that banned gay marriage “deprives people of the right to marry”

So should they be allowed to marry their dog as well?

Of course they should be allowed to straighten their lives out and marry someone of the opposite sex...

California has become a politburo. There comes a time and day when a tyrannical government that won’t represent the will of the people will have to be forcibly removed. That day is coming closer each day. And the liberals wonder why gun sales are going up.

In a surprise move, the state attorney general has asked the California Supreme Court to invalidate the gay marriage ban passed by voters last month.

Wow i am shocked that Jerry would override the will of the people..

NOT.....

So screw the people, screw the Constitution, screw the rule of law. If it does not suit the socialist agenda it simply is something to work around.

How is this a surprise since A.G. Moonbeam modified the language of the ballot to try and poison the vote?

As mentioned, a gay person has the same right to marry someone of opposite sex as they always have.

What a moron, it does no such thing.

Everybody has exactly the same rights. -to marry a member of the opposite sex. That's how it's always been, and that's how it will continue.

Like voters in California actually believe their votes matter. The black robed priests will tell you otherwise. Get used to it if you don’t kick them to the curb.
