Unless Indiana has a “stand your ground with deadly force” law, he can be prosecuted by the dead punk's relatives. Before Missouri passed that law, you were guilty until proven innocent if you defended yourself with deadly force. Now, the punk's lawyers can prosecute but if you were found only defending yourself, the lawyers have to pay court cost and restitution.
