You cannot use one part of the constitution to diminish another. You either have the right to bear arms or you do not.......If you can, then there are no rights at all.........

By your reasoning then the 21st amendment cannot diminish the 18th amendment. I know it's early but I need a drink. But then according to your legal philosophy I can't have one....
You have rights but you can be deprived of them by due process of the law. Furthermore, no right is absolute. You can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater and call it free speech. Human sacrifice and "honor killings" are not tolerated as religious practices.
