The Tuesday morning shows of NBC, ABC, and CBS all promoted Barack Obama’s celebrity status as hosts and reporters ogled the latest paparazzi photo of Obama in swim trunks while on vacation in Hawaii, as NBC’s Matt Lauer declared on Today: "And fit to serve, Barack Obama photographed shirtless in Hawaii and a lot of women are giving him the presidential seal of approval."

"...a lot of women are giving him the presidential seal of approval"

To a liberal journalist, anything more than a quanity of one, is "a lot".

Borrowing that definition, there are a "lot" of women in the world who are attracted to money and power on its own merit...the guy could be 90 years old and in a wheelchair, and if there is enough money and power, a "lot" of women would fall all over him.

Those women have established WHAT they are, now it's just a matter of haggling over the price.

I wonder how The One would do in an aerobic exercise like bike riding against Bush.

“He’s very careful about his diet. He’s in good shape, certainly for a man his age.”

Give me a break. He’s in his forties.

The press and a lot of citizens view the Obamas as royalty and will fawn over them just like they used to fawn over Princess Diana.

As I said in a different thread: he's fit, not ripped.

His physical fitness is actually one of the few things I respect about the man. It shows a level of self discipline.

We can hammer him for smoking, but that's a chemical addiction that a lot of people have a very hard time beating.

If anyone wants to see what truly ripped men look like, pick up a copy of Exercise for Men Only. (I'm not a fan of Men's Health. It has devolved into more of a generic men's magazine... without babes.)

These two (who claim to be former United States Army Airborne Rangers) are, for example, ripped:

It can get even better than those two, but they are the quickest examples I could find. Hardcore bodybuilders, for example, are works of art.

I’ll take the lower one. :) Thank you. Not even gonna look at “0.” He probably looks like Peter Pan.

I have to hand it to him. He did take control and tightened himself up. Now for the little woman, run her and her oversized caboose around the island every morning and every night and the family will all be fit.

People are struggling...and King Obama and family take off for Hawaii to live in another Mansion for a week. Something wrong with “Home to Illinois”? Oh yeh...Too close to Blago, Rezko and others...

Hear, hear.

But, please, not any more of Obama with no shirt.

I would rather see guys hair on their chests, though.
