I heard on the news about the his “holiday” house he and his family were staying at.
I believe it was called a multi-million dollar house....
I feel the memorial service was planned to coincide with a nice, relaxing vacation.
Just my 2 cents...

Did the rest of his family attend or did his wife and kids spend the day shopping at the beach? Last two times he spent time with her the rest of the family skipped out. The question is why especially if they missed the memorial service.

He couldnt do this before. Had to wait for a vacation. Note the memorial held on same day as release of Blago coverup report. Note also Rahm is in Africa, unavailable by phone. He could have treated his grandmother better. She apparently is an afterthought.
