The English Bishop Berkely believed that the universe disappeared when he closed his eyes, but came back again when he opened them One need not look far to find people with strange ideas. There is a poster right here on FR (an atheist-evolutionist) who happens to believe that we are all made of waves of nothing.

It sounds like the person to whom you are referring could be a sub-atomic physicist!

One need not look far to find people with strange ideas. There is a poster right here on FR (an atheist-evolutionist) who happens to believe that we are all made of waves of nothing.
He also says there is no difference between the Sun orbiting the Earth and the Earth rotating on its axis.
Of course he cannot back up that claim, but he still asserts that its true.
In all fairness, he
tries to back up his claim, but he uses faulty logic, so it all falls flat.
