I see it as inevitable. The overall quality of our health care is slipping year by year while the cost is going up.
And yes, it is possible to get good health care in the U.S. — it’s possible to get the best health care in the world in the U.S., but only if you have enough money and few people can afford “concierge health care” as it’s called.

Healthcare was fine -- no, it was incredible -- until the late '80's. Shortly thereafter it became Hillary Clinton's obsession.
