Regardless of ones feelings about Blago, Obama or whatever; I am shocked that any prosecutor would arrest a sitting public official placed there by million of voters, hold a press conference where that persons alleged actions are decried as loathsome... and then the prosecutor isn't prepared to take his case to a grand jury in the legally prescribed time. (Getting a grand jury to indict is a very simple thing. You could indict a ham sandwich as Web Hubble properly stated.

As a former elected prosecutor, I would fire any underling who would do anything remotely like what Fitz has done.

This is BS of the highest order IMHO. Something is most certainly amiss here.

It sure is. And no one even seems concerned that the relief the prosecutor is requesting is highly unusual at best.

Just what was the rush to file the complaint?

Fitz bilked the US out of millions on a farcical persecution during the Plame affair. He got nothing ,but a cheap perjury indictment. He is doing the same thing here. This will cost millions.

Fitz is in the Dem tank. He needs top be prosecuted himself for doing the Dems dirty work for them.

The tapes show these weren’t one-sided conversations. There were offers and negotiations.

From what I can find no one besides fitz has listened to the unedited tapes. What little has been released is edited tapes little bits and pieces which may not be in context.

Now he needs 90 more days to git ready for trial.

Wonder if fitz was hoping to git the gov to sing or what.
