I am not sure why they think it is funny or shocking to say such vulgarities, when they are so common in any sewer New York City.
BTW, nice attempt by her plastic surgeons to make her face acceptable to the masses. Sorry to say, they failed miserably as her lawsuits against them attest.

Kathy Griffin is one of the most conspicuously unfunny comediennes I’ve ever heard. I’m assuming that her CNN tirade was deliberate so she has more material for her crummy reality show.
It's actually one of the oldest anti-heckler comebacks in the book, but also one of the best in my opinion.
Because we have raised a generation or more of intellectually lazy people. Resorting to the basest levels of our being doesn't require any effort at all. It's almost like being on auto-pilot. Refraining from the easy profanity and engaging your brain requires more effort than they are willing to put out, and sadly, even if they wanted to, their education has been so stunted that they may not even be capable of rising any higher anymore.

Fox was on a 12 second delay, or at least it took the programming 12 seconds to come out on my digital TV. My watch is set by the atomic clock in Denver (if you were wondering how I knew).
Pryor was one of the best stand up comics in history.
Yep, vulgar. Yep, crude. And yep, like most stand up comics you can name, he did cocaine, and yep lit himself on fire ‘freebasing’.
But the man was absolutely HILARIOUS in his ‘prime’, just as Robin Williams once was.

At one time I considered her quite entertaining. I have not been able to listen to her as of late; she has becomne a hate filled vile woman.
When I listen to or view an entertainer of any sort (music, comedy, drama) I do not expect to hear their political and personal agendas pushed down my throat.
I liked Sean Penn at one time, had he shut his mouth I would still watch his movies, George Clooney also a talented idiot. I enjoy rock music but will forgoe listening to some because they assume they can tell their fans how to think.
I believe Cathy suffers from the same delusion as others listed previously; she has become an elitist and she believes her opinion matters to others.
Another unfortunate looking, talentless female comic removes all doubt. And this is news?
When a young teenage boy, I got a kick out of trash-talk with my buddies--raucous songs, the more obscene the funnier--and, perhaps, under certain circumstances, with a bunch of convivial men maybe, it might be funny now--but only if clever. Even as an adolescent boy, I found it unfunny merely to shout obscenities and tasteless to be vulgar under inappropriate circumstances, but, though I was only vaguely aware of it at the time, I was of higher intellegence than the hoi polloi--and am today--as numerous successes, epiphanies, intelligence tests of various kinds (including the standard), et al.--not to mention observations of the obvious--have attested.
Not so the decadent Left (but I repeat myself again). Leftists enjoy the iconoclasm of vulgarity. They are incapable of comprehending the decadence that they represent and promote or its consequences. They equate iconoclasm and vulgarity with humor, and evidently, to them, things of such low level, intellectually and otherwise, are humorous.
Such as this remind me of the small pornographic bronze statues of an amused Aphrodite, about to smack a priapic Eros with her sandal, that circulated through the Hellenic world as it sank deeper and more hopelessly into decadence during the third century B.C. The statues are cheap and, even today, revolting, but the decadent Hellenes found them hilarious. I'm sure the decadent Leftist of today, utterly unaware of their own stupidity and vacuousness, will find them just as hilarious, as they obviously do the cheap vulgarity described in this article.

The “dump” button involving a 7-second or so delay would not have made sense on New Years Eve. Imagine those poor suckers who watched CNN on a delay? No, the real idiocy is having the b1t¢h Griffin on in the first place.
