Wow...you have a great winter mood...no seasonal depression for you!!! All sounds fun and good...right up to the haggis part ( :p ). I don’t have such a rosy outlet on SW Pa winters (I just play the lottery to see if I can move to a warm spot).

Actually, I like January too. Holidays over. Can relax and do some reading or sewing. Make a big pot of soup. Bake bread, etc. I should take a week off. We’re doing some renovating too. Going to turn grandma’s old bedroom into our tv room. It’s small and cozy. Should be nice. And I’ve got a room upstairs to turn into my little nook for sewing or reading. Can’t wait!

We keep ours up until Epiphany - 12 days of Christmas, you know! So we’ll be taking the tree down on Wednesday.
All these renovators!!! Its like when when I visit hgtv’s site :) (but w/a conservative theme).
I have small projects planned. By seeing the difference paint can make, (over @ the Rate My Space hgtv page) I am going to paint my cabinets and kitchen. Except for having put up wall paper (which I now have to take down) I am looking forward to my January as well...(as much as I can given my aversion to winter).
Maybe we should start a home improvement ping list? Hammertime?!? And I don’t mean MC :)
