I've been using 1024x786 @ 16 bits as a minimum resolution since 1992. Though the DSL I use is not nearly as fast as cable, using a locked down computer behind all sorts of hardware and software obfuscations does seem to cause the occasional problem with access.
Somebody did, but its quality is very poor, in addition to being pretty big. The color is so bad I was forced to download the image and fix it just to get it out of my head!
