The Minnesota Supreme Court has rejected Republican Norm Coleman's request to count an additional 650 rejected absentee ballots in the state's U.S. Senate recount.
The court's ruling Monday likely paves the way for the state Canvassing Board to certify results showing Democrat Al Franken won the race. But Coleman's attorneys have said they are likely to sue if he loses the recount, meaning it could be weeks more before the outcome is final.

Frankin is a loose cannon. He is going to blow sooner or later. It’s in his nature. He’s to dumb to stop it.

I think the best thing to do is put Franken in charge of a committee or two...and ensure that CSPAN is turned on. It’ll be a comedy act and most of those who voted for the guy...wanted just that. The whole senate is a comedy.

What has infected Minnessota voters? fact that this was even close is beyond imagination. Do they know what a jerk they probably elected? Then again, he can join all the other jerks in the Senate.

... more than 25 precincts now have more ballots than voters who signed in to vote. No way this is not going to court.

I cannot believe the good citizens of Minnesota have put Al Franken in the US Senate. “Good” citizen might have been to strong.

Can Fruitken resist beating up old Republicans while he bullies the Senate? Seriously, this anger pimp belongs in a padded cell, not in a room full of PC weenie crunchers.

Exactly. Fact is this shouldn’t have even been remotely close if Coleman knew what he was doing.

When the U.S. Supreme Court overrules the Minnesota Supreme Court, Democrats will claim that the USSC stole the election from Franken. Forget what the actual facts are. If the Supreme Court overrules the Minnesota court then I couldn't care less what the Democrats say.

I’m watching this happen with my own eyes & I STILL can’t believe it!
This entire election has been a farce.
Forget about any representation for we conservatives at any level now.
We have elected fools to the highest offices in the land.
America is headed for some tough times.

It's mostly the heavy Leftist population in the Twin Cities area and Union controlled mill/iron ore workers on the iron range. They are typical Socialist “mob-rule”, union thug Democrats who dominate the polls on election day.
The larger geographical areas of Minnesota are still Conservative, but lacking in population.

This is a clear victory for ACORN. They got their guy in as Sec. Of State in ‘06 and this is payback to them.....

Indeed we are. I don’t even hold faith that Obama won fairly. ACORN has been forgotten, but somehow I feel they will mentioned in history books, 80 years from now.
