the worst hit (poor) nearly always had a big screen in their poor little hovel. Maybe CA should think about the old adage, "minorities and poor hit hardest"......

There's only an impact if they actually paid for the TV - or had to personally earn the money to buy the thing. If you're not spending your own hard-earned cash it's hard to understand the value of a dollar.
