During her acceptance speech during tonights Golden Globes, Tina Fey made some time to tell some of her harsh internet critics to suck it. The bit was pretty funny (you must watch it here).
If you ever start to feel too good about yourself, they have this thing called the Internet! You can find a lot of people there who dont like you! Id like to address some of them now! BabsonLacrosse, you can suck it. DianeFan, you can suck it. Cougar-Letter, you can really suck it cause youve been after me all year. And to my husband, Jeff, I love you. Thank you very much!
Well apparently Gawker did some research and found out that those anonymous internet critics Fey mentioned on stage, believe it or not those users are actual posters on the LA Times Envelope Awards website.

Wow, what a classy lady.
One advantage of imitating others is that it doesn’t require an original thought.
I can see Bernie Madoff’s apartment from my front window!
Tina who?
I bet any bad things these people may have said about Tina Fey, paled in comparison to the things people said about Sarah Palin on the Internet. And I say this, as a person who is not a “Palin-Bot.”
The one good thing about leftists, especially ‘celebrities’, is their extremely thin skin. If internet comment spam is all it takes to crack them, then maybe it’s time to really show them the goods.
I’m sure she will be remembered, just like what’s-her-name on SNL who boycotted the show because Andrew Dice Clay was performing. And who then left the show never to be heard from again.
Goodness, how long did she have to ponder to come up with such an impressive comeback? I am always so disappointed by such lame answers to criticism.
Tina Fey is a gorilla and has cooties. (That was fun.)
Is that Victoria Jackson, does anyone remember?
What did Sasha Cohen say about Madonna? I saw part of his speech and he was booed by the audience.
The funny part about it is these people said nothing NOTHING personal about her at all. They called her out for not being as talented as others who are up for the awards she keeps winning and then one of them even said the Palin imitation is getting old.
As I suspected this twit can dish it out but is far to insecure to handle return fire. And from internet posters no less.
Can't remember her name now, but she turned out to be some sort of feminazi guerilla.
Of course, this thread will prove that Fey was absolutely right.
They all are. Look at whoopie & rosann.
So does my friend "Tommy," I swear!
No Victoria Jackson left the show - and the business - when she got married.
I think Norah Dunn was the cast member who got upset about The Diceman.
