The Left was polarized against Bush before he was even declared the victor of the 2000 election.
"Mr. President - and it gives me a special tingle to finally say that - I think I speak for all the objective, professional journalists gathered here today when I say that it is truly a honor to be gathered here to begin our quest to record history in the making!" [Drive-by's all stand up and break out into thunderous applause]
GREAT work/post! thank you!
It’s my belief that if Helen was a kind and gentle woman who had an once of decency to her there wouldn’t be a single person who cared what she looks like or would mock her.
There are shallow people who are exceptions to everything of course, but as a whole it wouldn’t come up.
No one has a say as to their looks, and she is about the only person I don’t mind denigrating on something so petty as appearance.
Good or bad, she is one of the few people who’s soul matches her body perfectly.
Only the good die young and I guess it is also the really ugly (skin deep).
Trick or Treat!
History will be kind to Bush . . .
Time has been so unkind to Helen.
Surely, this is a picture of Pvt. Duane Doberman of the Phil Silvers Show dressed in drag!
If not, still a dead ringer.
Why does Helen the Horrible (and other dimwits), think Hamas is not worthy of being bombed into oblivion? They act like Hamas is innocent?
Back to rule #1 to explain: Liberals think abortion is fine and dandy, therefore anything else they do or think, is “no biggie” for them.
They are morally twisted, for them right is wrong and wrong is right. They hate good and love evil. That must be the explaination for all these Hamas sympathizers.
I don’t usually post a comment without reading the article, but when I saw who wrote this one, I decided to make an exception: Helen, we don’t give a damn what you think.
Fortunately Helen Thomas won't be around to read it either - if she is not already indeed dead.
BTW, it still chafes my butt that after eight years she and many other journalists call him Bush. not even giving him the respect of the office with President Bush that he merits.
Helen Thomas should have been denied access to the entire Executive branch from Inauguration day 2001.
Helen Thomas is a snarky old Stalinist.
I figure that Helen is at least 107 years old (not too well preserved, either) and that she would remember her distaste for other Republican presidents.
However, memory loss in older peeps usually is of short term memory. It appears, though, that Helen of Troy's memory is simply gone regarding anything that happened before Bush was elected.
This woman has been nothing but a hater for eight years. Please spare us the notion that this woman is a journalist.
As he leaves office, President Bush is passing on our country to a socialist successor. What a way to go! That is what Bush should be ashamed of. While the media never dealt with him fairly, he had eight years to figure out how to get his message across despite the leftist media's bias, and he failed. The entire country is going to suffer, hopefully for only four years, because of that failure. Thank God that Bush at least got us as far as he did in two necessary wars, and I thank God that most of the "economic crisis" news is (except for the dangers of the bailout that Bush irresponsibly approved in response to the media frenzy) overstated, at least compared to where we are under Bush. A potential economic crisis under Obama? I imagine that will be far worse than what the media pretend we are facing today.
Helen Thomas. Ugly on the outside, and ugly on the inside.
amen...
