The President ain't gonna be happy about that, and Jack needs a pardon.
I wish President Bush had said that when asked about pardons at his press conference this morning... "Yes, we're going to pardon Jack Bauer and Dick Cheney pre-emptively". That would have been priceless!!!

I could not agree more. When the Unit started putting the women in the plots, they ruined the show. It is just too unrealistic. I watched about 10 minutes of the season and took the show off my DVR.

I'm getting the last 6 episodes of Season 6 from Netflix, so I can watch them, then "24: Redemption", before I can start on Season 7. I DVR'd "Redemption" and last night's premiere, and I'll DVR tonight's show. I wanted to get the background before I started into this Season.
The description of Jack in front of the Congressional panel reminds me of Vince Flynn's protagonist, Mitch Rapp, in his most recent book, "Extreme Measures".
