That’s not stealing power. The Dems were able to get somebody to break ranks. The Republicans could have done the exact same thing.
Something really weird happened like this in PA not too long ago. The Dims took control by a slim majority, the GOP offered a few dims some incentives for switching their votes. The dims responded by poaching one a few of the Republicans with a Philly based Republican as the speaker.
They are stealing power. ALL 50 Republicans pledged to support Mumpower for Speaker. This is a puppet installation by the current rodent who has been in power for 2 decades.
