Judge: Mr. Doe, where were you on the night of the fifth of June?
John Doe: Uh, your Honor; I was at home with my wife.
Judge: How is it then that your gun was used in an attempted robbery at Joe's Liquor's at Tenth and Coolige at or around 1:23 AM?
John Doe: Your Honor; I reported a burglry of my home where my guns was STOLEN 4 months previously to the Metropolitan Police Department.
Judge: Ah... yes... here's is that report. It seems that your PROTECTION of your gun was found to be LACKING. How do you explain THAT?
John Doe: Your Honor; you'll note that the back of my reinforced concrete home was caved in by a stolen semi tractor, and that impact caused the 4 foot thick walls of my City approved gun safe to be dislodged from it's 6 foot deep foundation block. THAT is how the thieves were able to use the stolen crane to lift my Federally approved gun safe unto yet another stolen flatbed and drive away with it.
Judge: Yes, that's is what it says here in the report; but MY question addresses WHY you did not secure your gun? You know the penalty for allowing someone to use your weapon that is NOT on the List-of-approved-shooters. Maybe 6 months from now you'll be able to reflect on your crime, and make better decisions. Baliff...

If you wanted to fry a person like the movie Green Mile did, I'd be all for it. Show the next guy what will happen.
I don't think capital punishment is tough enough. We put a needle in the arm of a murdering thug that will put it to sleep; then we put another needle in its arm that will kill it. That is the way I put my loving pet to sleep. I don't think murdering thugs should get the same treatment as my loving pet.
Capital Punishment should be a deterrent. Fry the puppy like the Green Mile and put it on TV. Show the next guy what will happen to them and stay off the 2nd Amendment.
Murdering thugs can just go to sleep and never wake up. I am almost deterred from a destiny of crapping all over myself. ;-)
we are dealing with politicians who’se worldview is that of absolute control and manipulation to control.
Their goal is simple subjugation by regulation.
They do it by tax codes.
They do it by environmental rules.
They do it by labor laws.
They want a european model where not even self defense is allowed.
They want a nation a crybaby girly men who go to the politicians with the slightest paper cut demanding more taxes to fix the slight.
Slowly and surely they will turn us into a socialist state without a shot ever being fired in freedom’s defense.
Bury a sealed 55 gallon drum, more it you need it. Make sure the top of the drum is at least 3 feet from the surface. About 2 feet from the surface throw in an old rusty metal screwdriver, pliers, whatever. 1 foot from the top do the same. That way if you hide them on your property and they use metal detectors they will most likely stop at the 2 foot level. Also bury lots of other little metal things on your property. They wouldn't’t have the time nor the manpower to dig up yards of millions of citizens.
Make a fake wall in one of your closets. Hang metal shelves on the fake wall.
6 or 8” PVC pipe, PVS end caps and pipe glue is your friend.
Attics way over toward the edges, where it’s a really tight fit, under the insulation.
Make up receipts with false names for the guns you “sold”.

Any requirement that a disqualified person register a weapon purchase or posession requires them to incriminate themselves and is a violation of their 5th Amendment rights

I have guns and plenty of ammo, and I live in Ohio. I did not elect 0bumma; "early" voters and ACORN carpetbaggers did. Do you want me to lose my guns along with the three or four deluded gunowners here who did vote for him? You're goofy.
Here in PA, I know many gun owners who voted for Obama because they felt he was "safe" on the issue.
Others voted for Obama because, incorrectly, they think the Heller decision will protect them.
I would not be surprised to see Obama shoot this down. Bobby Rush is a 'friend' who is helping create this image of Obama as OK on guns. That way, when Obama proposes more "reasonable" controls, it will be swallowed easier by the rubes.
