If the real BC is rendered legally useless that’s the end of it. It might alter some public opinion but it would always be considered tin foil hat stuff at best.
***The only way to render the real BC useless is to alter it, and in this scenario someone is just copying it.

I specifically stated that I was speaking of the real BC being stolen so that was the scenario.

Now that we're talking about a heisted copy; that would be as useful as a menu from a restaurant in Beijing. The only way to prove the copy was a real copy would be the legal release of the original. Full circle back to where we are.

Good enough. Anyone heisting the original would seemingly be rendering the document worthless, I agree. But copying the original & leaving the original in place would not necessarily render the original worthless because the “chain of custody” is not broken... And a copy would be worth more than a restaurant menu just like the inadmissible Monica Lewinsky tapes were valuable in their own right. No one ever proved they were “real”, they probably would not have been able to. They just used the information as leverage.

"We just need to Hawaii Gov to step up and be a Patriot, no matter what becomes of her afterward."

Oh, good grief. YOU want to see something that the law prevents you from seeing and you are simply asking the head of a state to break the law and make it available, regardless of what happens to her life and livelihood as a result of indulging your curiosity?

It worked for the Hildebeast and Sandy Burglar.

You do remember all the cases of FBI files that the Hildebeast had stashed in the White House?

Yes, I do. What does that have to do with the Governor of Hawaii illegally releasing a document?

You said — “Oh, good grief. YOU want to see something that the law prevents you from seeing and you are simply asking the head of a state to break the law and make it available, regardless of what happens to her life and livelihood as a result of indulging your curiosity?”

And some posters wonder why I’m laughing at some of these ideas and their “antics”... it does show a complete *disconnect* from the reality of life, that’s for sure...

I prefer some “real life” methodologies — like the state of Oklahoma is doing, in getting a law through the legislature, requiring specific documentation proving the requirements of the Constitution have been met, regarding the office of President of the United States.

I’m supporting that piece of legislation here. Now, that’s a lot more productive and it *will* get something done (in real life, doncha know...)...

"... like the state of Oklahoma is doing, in getting a law through the legislature, requiring specific documentation proving the requirements of the Constitution have been met, ..."

That is the direction that I'd like to see much of this energy go ... something that will repair an obvious hole in the system.

There was another hot button topic here on FR that I won't mention specifically, but there are endless threads with thousands of responses each. The regular posters on that topic love to scream, demand, and pound their keyboards as they call certain folks murderers and depict a conspiracy which reminds me particularly of these eligibility threads.

On these threads I have asked many times what each of the posters has actually done to change the laws ... to make a difference the next time around. I never get an answer, so I will assume that they have done nothing. Yet they continue to gripe and accuse, on that case and others like it.

When there has been injustice, you can put your energies not only into an attempt to cure that particular injustice, but trying to do what you can to prevent a similar injustice in the future. That changes things ... that does some good. Endlessly perpetuating unfounded claims and making ridiculous demands and continuing conspiracy theories makes for long and argumentative threads, but little else.

I hope that Oklahomans will be successful in their endeavors with regard to this matter. I applaude the effort. I should really do some research on what is being done in Louisiana to accomplish the same result.

***You work your side of the street, troll, and we’ll work ours. Anything you’ve been working on have the potential to knock out Obama within the next week? no. Then get out of the way of those are working on something that exigent.

You said — “***You work your side of the street, troll, and we’ll work ours.”

It’s hilarious how you can’t open your mouth to anyone disagreeing with you without using the words troll, Obot, etc., and etc... LOL...

That really shows a lot... :-)

That’s because you’ve been pegged as a troll. I don’t call everyone who disagrees with me a troll. Just the trolls. There’s a difference between an honorable disagreement and the standard issue-specific troll.

You said — “That’s because you’ve been pegged as a troll. I don’t call everyone who disagrees with me a troll. Just the trolls. There’s a difference between an honorable disagreement and the standard issue-specific troll.”

Pegged as a troll specifically because one disagrees with you, on this specific subject of the Obama qualifications (per the Constitution) and thinks that you’re getting nowhere on it and thinks that you’re spinning your wheels, and thinks that Obama has gotten through all this because there is a big loophole in the system that has allowed him to do so — and — you don’t like the disagreement. There’s no other way around it... :-)

And, you don’t like it that you have no proof that Obama is in violation of the Constitutional requirements and that you have found no way to get the courts to side with your viewpoint on the issue.

Furthermore, you don’t like the rationale that since President Bush is sworn to uphold the Constitution and has the power of any investigation (and one went on with Obama’s passport being accessed), and that President Bush is in that position to *know* about Obama’s Constitutional qualifications — and that — President Bush has decided *not to prosecute* Obama, through the Justice Department, because no such violation exists in the first place.

All those reasons — in other words — the *content* of the disagreement with you — you don’t like — so that means anyone in that category of disagreement with you is a “troll” — from your perspective.

It should be so, so obvious to people by now... LOL...

On the other hand, I support blocking Obama from running full bore through this loophole again — by passing state laws to prevent it from happening. That’s a *real world* solution that goes beyond griping and complaining and calling people trolls.

At least I’ll be supporting the Oklahoma law which will *stop* Obama in the future, instead of going through endless *conspiracies* like you are...

Pegged as a troll specifically because one disagrees with you,
***No, NO, and NO. It’s not about you disagreeing with us. It’s about HOW you disagree, the standard obamanoid arguments you pull from your quiver, how you hide from the compelling arguments against your belief rather than honorably address them, and finally, how freeping annoying you are. You’re pegged as a troll because you’re acting like a jerk.

on this specific subject of the Obama qualifications (per the Constitution) and thinks that you’re getting nowhere on it and thinks that you’re spinning your wheels, and thinks that Obama has gotten through all this because there is a big loophole in the system that has allowed him to do so — and — you don’t like the disagreement. There’s no other way around it... :-)
***Nope. See above.

And, you don’t like it that you have no proof that Obama is in violation of the Constitutional requirements
***Absolutely. I don’t like it. But for you trolls to keep pushing the goal posts and demanding proof where there is none or where we have no authority to pursue it is completely disingenuous — it is being a troll.

and that you have found no way to get the courts to side with your viewpoint on the issue.
***heck yah I don’t like it but I’m in the fight for this constitution and you ain’t. What are you doing on this constitutionalist website trying to disrupt and dismay constitutionalists over this constitutional issue? You’re just bein’ a troll, that’s what.

***Well, this is the first time I’ve discussed it with you. And you’re busy telling me what I like and don’t like, which is putting words on my keyboard and acting like a troll. At this point I don’t really feel like discussing this artificial construct other than to point out that your statement, “because no such violation exists in the first place” is a conclusion that YOU draw, it has no basis of support in reality.

All those reasons — in other words — the *content* of the disagreement with you — you don’t like — so that means anyone in that category of disagreement with you is a “troll” — from your perspective.
***Nope. It ain’t the content. It’s the HOW. But trolls like you won’t understand that.

It should be so, so obvious to people by now... LOL...
***I agree, and I will leave it to lurkers to draw their own conclusions. You can’t even post one simple thing to me without a logical fallacy or attempted mind reading or some other bovine scatology.

On the other hand, I support blocking Obama from running full bore through this loophole again — by passing state laws to prevent it from happening.
***Go ahead and do that. I support that as well. See ya.

That’s a *real world* solution that goes beyond griping and complaining and calling people trolls.
***Then do it, and quit griping and complaining and shooting constitutional conservatives in the back at the height of a constitutional battle.

At least I’ll be supporting the Oklahoma law which will *stop* Obama in the future,
***I support that also. But I don’t support it in exclusion to other efforts taking place. That’s one of the fallacies you’re engaging in, thinking that one effort is mutually exclusive of another.

instead of going through endless *conspiracies* like you are...
***Bull shiite. The fact you’re even spending time on threads like this shows your interest is in trolling rather than working on your pet project. Go work on it. Leave us alone on ours.

It’s too much fun on these threads... the conspiracy is hip-deep here... :-)

I mean, I don’t have any love for Obama, did not vote for him, campaigned against him before the election and now I’m working on a state law in Oklahoma to prevent him from doing this again.

But, that doesn’t mean that these conspiracy threads are not fun to be on... :-)

***You’re one of the rare trolls who self-admit to trolling on these threads, the kind who find amusement. Maybe you should read the front page of FR, in particular the first sentence of the ... “Statement by FR’s Founder:
In our continuing fight for freedom, for America and our constitution “

You’re disrupting those of us who are fighting for the constitution, troll. And you find amusement in it.

I didn’t say that I was a troll or disruptor like you said. I said it was too much fun here... There’s a difference.

You’re the one that put that spin on it. I’m presenting my ideas as I’ve always done. It’s fun to me. I suppose you post out of your anger ... I like to be lighthearted about things...

Perhaps you don’t...

Sorry for your miserable life... :-)

***Then you’ll most likely continue to have fun and enjoy being called what you are: a troll. I have to admit, there have been times that I’ve enjoyed watching the Viking Kitties pave a troll or two. I gather the reason they haven’t keyed up on the CoLB trolls is it’s just too much work, they have plenty of low hanging fruit to focus on.

It should be interesting to see how you can come up with enough material to sustain yourself through the next few years...

***I don’t feel like answering such questions to a troll.

It should be interesting to see how you can come up with enough material to sustain yourself through the next few years...
***It should be interesting to see what happens to all the identified trolls. There were flamewars over the Terry Schiavo episode, which I decided to stay out of. The same RINO trolls who were on the wrong side of that issue ended up pushing TootyFruityRudy. They got away with their troll behavior for a long time until they simply got too brazen. I won’t bother telling you how it happened because I think I will have a stake in this outcome and I won’t be doing you any favors. Basically, though, JimRob got fed up and started the bugzapper thread. I think he was surprised how far off the reservation these RINO trolls were. He’ll be surprised again when he gets fed up with you trolls. Gosh, just how will I sustain myself?
