LOL! I remember that. Clinton made some kind of high-fallutin' speech at Andrews Air Force Base (I think) just before he and the Beast raided AF1 and started taking everything that wasn't nailed down.

You obviously did not watch Chris Matthews spew his hatred. Matthews will be lost begining on the 20th of this month when there is no one to hate. I could not believe what that bastard said. Classless, feckless, hollowed out without character, Matthews read his speech of hatred for President Bush. My wife, who would not say anything bad about anyone, said she wants to call him a very ugly name. She wouldn’t, so I did. Matthews...sheesh.....what a prick and putz!
Get a life. An exhausted GWB did the best he could at the end of his presidency to at least keep the wheels on the economy until the new president takes office.
