We shall see. I still think the CIA/DIA agents who engaged in interrogations should be pardoned for their safety.

In a move that has keenly disappointed some of his strongest conservative allies, President Bush has decided not to pardon Vice President Dick Cheney's former chief of staff, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, for his 2007 conviction in the CIA leak case, two White House officials said Monday.

In addition to Libby, I would have expected Bush to pardon Duke Cunningham who did nothing more than just about 100% of the Democrats, only he has genuine patriotic credentials, having served his country well. Prior to his political career, he was an officer in the United States Navy for 21 years during which time he became a flying ace for actions during the Vietnam War. This is a very sad state of affairs that clearly shows the stark differences between the corrupt Democrats and misguided Republicans.

However, I am happy that Ramos and Compean will soon be able to join their families.

I'll relay this ONE more time: LIBBY DOES NOT WANT A ‘PARDON.”

A pardon is tantamount to admitting guilt - and you have no further recourse for legal action to get your name cleared completely.

Libby wants that legal option.

Don't blame President Bush.

Libby has not requested one, why is it even a topic of conversation?
