Today I proudly flew my flag. Not to honor the inauguration of our next president but because I am proud of this country.
I may not agree with the politics of the man being sworn in to the highest office in our country. But I am assured that the Lord knew who would win this election. He has a plan and a purpose in mind and I know ultimately that plan will be good.
God is calling us to increase our prayers for our nation and, whatever happens, to serve Him faithfully. Now is the time for us to draw even closer to Christ and to increase our efforts to win others to the Lord. God still reigns over America. He is watching His people to see what they will do, how they live for Him, care for their neighbors, and uphold His Biblical standards even when no one else is watching.
I need to pray for our new president and for others in authority over me. I have read the last chapter of the Book. There is good news! God wins.
And we just took a giant step closer to the end of that Book...

You can be proud, but I remain disgusted.
I will wish him success and God Speed. I hope he listens to the Lord and respects His wishes.
President Obama has been given a responsibility. I will hope that he defies his party and do the right thing.
I always have hope that people can change. I pray to God that I am right.

I believe that the Lord’s plan for us believers is that we secede from this debauched remnant of idol worshipers and start a new birth of true freedom seperate from this Whore of Babylon on the Potomac

I’m proud of our nation and thankful to be an American, but ...
I am not proud of those that have mis-treated you on this thead.
I live in a VERY liberal city........I am going to spend the next four years enjoying the look on Obama’s hard core supporters as his administration crashes and burns......

I am doing likewise. My only concern is that so many people have such an inverted view of the world that they wont notice.
I, also, have found myself praying several times this morning regarding the future of this Country. God does know what is in store for us and I pray the punishment will not be too severe and long lasting, but I am afraid that it will be.

Are you kidding? With the evil in DC you could not have paid me enough to witness this travesty.
