AND I believe Roberts was so rattled he ended it with “So help you GOD???? “ in the form of a question.
Chief Justice Roberts read the oath to him incorrectly.
BHO then recited it back with the same error.
If he preferred a long court fight to paying $10 for his Hawaiian birth certificate (assuming he was born in Honolulu), then I doubt he will end this the easy way by just having the CJ re-administer the oath. Of course it doesn't have to be the Chief Justice.
Look out Chris Mike Medved will rip you for questioning the one.
So, where in the Constitution does it say that the words of the oath have to be said in a particular order?
Obama didn't know the oath without Roberts telling him? Obama couldn't say it correctly unless Roberts said it correctly? Obama had to say whatever Roberts said?
Obama failed the first test of leadership. He should have known the oath. He should have said it correctly despite the pressure and the setting. Instead he folds and agrees with error in his first act as President. It's not Roberts fault. It's Obamas.
Or maybe he stumbled simply because people stumble.

Yep hes crewed it up royaly. Every MSM replay of the event has edited it out however. I guess they can’t have their messiah looking like a complete idiot who can’t repeat a few simple words.
I don’t know how this translates to going to court over it however.

The "Oath" is laid out in the Constitution Article 2, Section One, Paragraph 8:
Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation- "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
Its not simply ceremonial, its the Law.

Roberts was rattled because he knows the truth and he also knows he was not upholding and defending the Constitution by swearing-in Zero. Roberts' legacy was made today and not in a good way.
Makes you wonder what else the media has edited out of their messiah and butch lady screwing up. I noticed they didn’t edit out the shot of Michelle walking down the stairs like a cave woman to the reception area though, although they haven’t shown that on any of the ET shows I’ve seen so far.

That’s just unbelievable! There is no doubt that it will probably be at some time in the future since it is a unique ‘event’. Usually it’s after they are dead.

Roberts confirmed today what the democrats who allowed Bush to have him seated probably always suspected: the man will go along to get along, and the Constitution can be ignored when the mob threatens if it is invoked. Roberts violated his oath of office, in kind, fumbling through an oath administered to a man he had good reason to believe is not eligible. Way to god subpreme court! Thus endith the Constitutional contract between We The PEople and the federal government now turned federal oligarchy ruled by Democrats who will never relinquish their control again.
I think you are correct. Roberts stumbled because he new deep in his subconscious that Obama is NOT qualified to be president. That’s what Freud would probably say.
