Another very good article includes a just-released report by the National Drug Intelligence Center titled "National Drug Threat Assessment 2009.":

Mexican cartels run U.S. drug trade, report says http://www.elpasotimes.com/newupdated/ci_11498067

[snip]The NDIC report released Sunday also said El Paso has reported the presence of members of Colombian and Dominican Republic drug organizations. Mexican cartels operate in El Paso, Las Cruces, Deming, Columbus and Albuquerque, as well.

An earlier NDIC report dated June 2008 said Mexican drug cartels are using Indian reservations in the United States to recruit workers, and use their lands to transport drugs. The report did not name the tribes involved.

This problem will be addressed very soon by the Obama administration.

There won’t be any more illegal aliens.
They will become newly minted citizens.

>>>Because of uncertainty in reporting on problem groups such as "cliques," "crews," "posses," and other nontraditional collectives that may be immigrant gangs, some police department staff spend an inordinate amount of time trying to precisely categorize local groups according to definitions of traditional gangs.

When training law enforcement groups on investigative issues surrounding drug trafficking or street gangs, instructors must resist the tendency to connect gangs in different cities just because the gangs share a common name. If the groups engage in ongoing criminal activity and alarm community members, law enforcement officers should focus on the criminal activity, regardless of the ideological beliefs or identifiers (i.e., name, symbols, and group colors) of the suspects. This practical approach would circumvent the frustration that results from trying to pigeonhole hybrid gangs into narrow categories and would avoid giving undue attention to gangs that want to be recognized as nationwide crime syndicates.<<<

I don't know what is more scary. The rise of gangs or the rise of cluelessness implied by this article about our law enforcement.

Please tell me I'm imagining that they don't see that the gangs are using the same organization tactics as MoveOn.org, CPUSA.org, Al Qaeda, et al?

There is a thought that such gang violence is permitted to continue, and for that matter escalate, as a form of population intimidation, therefore requiring, massive government intervention in order to regain control.....of course this will require the "temporary" suspension of civil rights....

And people say we don’t need to worry about the cultural consequences of the illegal invasion.

Life is great in Washington DC
No recession there!
All those useless hacks employ illegal nannies and housekeepers.
They laugh at us

What a social whirl in DC
So many distractions
So many cell phones
So many blackberries
So many available women for the guys married or not and teenagers for the gays
So much coke and other drugs
I’m convinced half the US Senators are on meds that have mind altering side effects that mess up their minds. Like the crying George Voinovich. Like Arlen Spector. Like Diane Feinstein. Like Robert Byrd. Like Ted Kennedy

All those fine and diverse restaurants staffed by illegal aliens
They laugh at us
Washington DC would grind to a halt without illegal aliens
Illegal aliens are their slave army support staff

They laugh at all the little Americans who live in the real world who have been hurt by massive illegal immigration
They laugh when an American is killed by an illegal alien drunk driver
They laugh when American gets raped
They laugh because we are their human sacrifices
Life is great in DC!!

We watched a NATGEO program Sunday about the Mexican gangs and what they do to their victims. Apparently, they make “soup” with their dead victims and if someone really makes them mad they do it with live ones too... they boil the bodies in some type of fuel (diesel, oil, or something to that effect).

There was also a program about the gangs in New Orleans, who, after the Crips and Bloods came to town, either killed them all or if any were left alive, ran them out of town. Makes you wonder what really went on during the Hurricane Katrina aftermath doesn’t it...
