The newest forum at WND has been launched to allow you to ask President Barack Obama the important questions reporters at news conferences never seem to ask.
And the first question submitted concerns an issue that has been the subject of multiple lawsuits and U.S. Supreme Court conferences over recent weeks.
"Now, that you have take[n] the oath of president of the United States, where you promise to uphold the laws of the Constitution, why won't you release your Birth Certificate, not a certificate of live birth, your passport or your records from the schools and colleges you attended, to prove once and for all that you are a natural born citizen and qualified to have taken the oath?"

The question was submitted only hours before Obama took the oath of office from Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts to become the 44th president of the United States.
The forum is the only place on the Internet where readers can submit questions that could be posed in daily White House news briefings. ....

Hussein Osam....bama was obviously not born in the US or he would have produced a birth certificate. History wil reveal where he was born and the SCOTUS will look very foolish!! As not a legitimate POTUS his legislation can be overturned, hopefully! Hussien is a pagan liar!

The answer is painfully obvious: becuase there IS something to hide.
And Mark Levin (TGO) seemed to finally weigh in on this yesterday, when he said at the top of the show “are we challenging his legitimacy to be POTUS? He won the election, he is the POTUS, it is a straw man argument”.
Unfortunately, and with all due respect to Levin, I must disagree with that, and would prefer that it all be laid out in a court of law, and not through phantom internet postings, innuendo and hearsay.

Now that he is in office, Obama can claim Executive Privilege.
He can claim a lot of things, but since he has never come clean on his past or released ANY of his records, there will always be a significant portion of the electorate that does not believe he is a NBC.
And if he turns out to be as nefarious and anti-American as many believe he is, charges of treason will be in play.
I fully concur. The Constitution DOES NOT say that if you are ineligible to serve as president due to the failure to meet the requirement of age and being born a US citizen but you get elected anyway, it's ok, dude, we'll just forget all that minimum eligibility requirements mumbo-jumbo. What it does say is that to be eligible to serve as president, you must have been born in the United States and reached your 35th birthday.
I don't get why Levin, Hannity, Boortz and Limbaugh are all ducking this issue and pretending that it doesn't exist. There is no substantive proof either way of where he was born. His stonewalling the issue, sleights of hand by having his records sealed, and turning the whole thing over to his lawyers to handle don't pass the smell test. If this issue is finally proven one way or the other and it turns into a major constitutional crisis, all of these talking radio heads will have major egg on their faces (not to mention their loss of credibility) by joining with the DBM and refusing to touch this story. If they have inside info, spill it!! If not, raise and push the issue.
It occurs to me that MAYBE is up to something more clever than we think:
For the sake of argument, let's assume this is NOT about his BC and eligibility to hold the office of POTUS; this is no more than 0 testing the mettle of the American People, Congress, and the Judiciary. Why not just turn it over” Because no one has ordered/forced him to do so. He's playing “Oh ya? MAKE ME.” And no one is making him.
The man is an arrogant bully. He smiles pretty and reads well, but he is a jackal through and through. If he gets away with this—not showing it—he'll have all the answers he needs as to exactly what he can do, and you can rest assured he will do exactly what he can.
I think that it is about time that we get our perspective straight. That Obama may not be eligible to be POTUS is one thing, but we must never forget those that enabled all this discord.
Obama is but one person, but those that supported, promoted and protected him against this investigation are numerous and guilty of deriliction of duty. NOT ONE member of Congress, that I know of, officially registered a request for disclosure of Obama’s identification. As far as we know, he could be a foreigner. Without Congress’ silence things might have turned out differently.
Congress acted cowardly and let the American people down.
Well first, you will have to find a Constitutional, Legislative or Judicial definition of NBC.
You will then have to prove that Obama was not born in Hawaii and that children born to Americans overseas to an American in not a NBC.
You will then need to replace the current nine members of the SCOTUS since time after time they have refused to hear cases against Obama and his NBC status.
I agree, especially having witnessed the national obamasm.
