When Virginia Tech authorities arrived Wednesday night at a cafe inside the Graduate Life Center, they found a decapitated female victim who had arrived on campus just two weeks ago and a young man they have now charged with killing her.

At least we arrested the perp. In most cities, they are never found.
The shortage of Chinese female brides is creating a big social problem in China and elsewhere. Many Chinese men are desperate to find a girl friend or wife.

Its not easy to decapitate a human being...this guy had to work at it for a time.
The amount of effort in any homicide is sometimes the best indicator of the level of personal involvement. Not in all circumstances, but in most.

That’s kind of odd considering that women aren’t a problem in this country. I wonder if he paid for her to come here and then she blew him off.
This could have been a meeting in a public place for her safety.

Cho was the son of Asian parents, but he grew up American. And his family was Korean, not Chinese.

Apparently, there were no men present when the murder took place. There might have been some males, but no men.
Unless later reports contradict, it seems nobody tried to stop him.
Yes, I am jumping to conclusions. It might be the only exercise I get today.
