The good news is, families will be able to get insurance for their children.Children deserve health insurance if the parents cannot afford it.
The bad news is many families will find SCHIP more reasonable than the coverage they have now and will switch even though they can afford what they presently have. Increasing welfare entitlements.
The other bad news is illegals can sign up with fake or stolen Social security cards.
The really bad news is this is precedent in Obama's policies. First huge cigarette tax increase. Next let's go after America's oil addiction with large tax increases on gasoline. One addiction just as bad as the other they will say.
