Interesting theoretical storyline but the one thing that doesn’t fit is the divorce decree between 0bama Sr and Stanley Ann. Unless they actually did marry (on Maui?) before heading out to Kenya.
I assume that she is an 0bama worshipper and somehow or other contacted the 0-team to help them out; or possibly they contacted her, knowing her to be a former Punahou teacher. This “story” has probably been in the works for quite a while, so they could drag it out all tied up in a bow for Inauguration Day.
You are forgetting what is already known about the relationship Ann had with her parents. Her former classmates on Mercer Island have all testified that Ann and her father were often at loggerheads and Madelyn was the peace maker. You are also forgetting the time and how people reacted to inter racial relationships. “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner” wasn’t made until 1967 and yet it caused a stir even then, 6 years after Jr was born. Girls in 1961 who became pregnant were sent to a “sick aunt’s” until after they had given birth and the baby was placed for adoption. That was why there was a proliferation of homes for unwed mothers. You will find many adoption message boards for that period of time. Girls who became pregnant in HI were sent to the mainland to give birth and then returned after the event. Madelyn always insisted her daughter had married Obama Sr even when asked why no marriage license was ever found. She also told journalist David Mendell that she didn’t trust people from other countries and that Obama Sr was “straaaaaaange” with an emphasis on the elongated a. She more than likely knew that she and her husband would be responsible for the baby Ann was pregnant with but she was also of the generation thinking that “good girls didn’t”. Considering her position at Bankoh and that her co-workers didn’t know until the 1970’s that she had a grandchild, she would want to preserve her daughter’s honor and lend a legitimacy to the birth of that grandchild, and the way to do this was to register the birth which in turn generated the birth announcement. Think of how easy it would be to mention that poor Ann had gotten married but the marriage didn’t work out and now she was left to raise a child on her own.
By all accounts(I have found no evidence to suggest otherwise) Obama Sr arrived in HI in 1959 and did not leave until June 1962, when he left by cruise ship for his cross country tour before attending Harvard.
She probably is a Jr worshipper like so many in Hawaii,(and a teacher to boot exposed to the NEA) I think she is just plain nuts considering going back to Buffalo NY from Hawaii! One thing she must not realize is that one can never go home to what one left. It simply isn’t the same.
I wonder if Ann thought the same thing, returning to WA state after a short absence thinking of how it had been but it wasn’t the way it was when she left.
1. This law wasn't passed until 1982.
2. It doesn't say that the resulting birth certificate will list Hawaii as the place of birth.

Otherwise you are accusing them of filing hearsay before the court. I assure you no law firm would do that if they wanted to be taken seriously.
Berg has made many unsupported statements in the past in his 9/11 conspiracy lawsuit. link This certainly had already detracted from his credibility. He admits that the source for his original statements about Maya's COLB came from the discredited online "document analysis" and does not identify a source in the second filing.
CHief - actually I pinged you and a couple of others to another thread this evening about this very topic. From what I’ve read and recall, the law was revised in 1982 but existed before that. Do you know more details or know anyone would does know?
The law was on the books prior to 1982, it was on the books way back before Hawaii joined the U.S. as a state. It was revised in 1972 and then rewritten again in 1982. When Hawaii originally joined the union they were intent on boosting their population numbers with an eye on federal dollars. The more population they had the more federal funding they would receive, population numbers would be boosted with the number of birth certificates issued. The same applied to the initial pilot project of food stamps which began in Hawaii in 1959 immediately after they joined the U.S.

It is my theory that the Stanley Ann-Obama Sr relationship ended in Kenya when the couple went to get Obama Sr’s blessing from his father. It was there that either the interracial or the cultural nature of the relationship did not work for Obama Sr’s father, Hussein Onynago Obama. There must have been some real fireworks. Hussein probably threatened to disown his son. Being a Muslim, Hussein may have even contemplated a lashing for his son who showed such a disregard for his father's values.

It definitely looked like an authentic divorce decree; despite the fact that no one had been able to verify the claims that a marriage had taken place. The significance of the marriage having been held (as proved by the divorce decree) is that if 0bama was born in Kenya, and the parents were married, he may not even be a US citizen at all unless he was naturalized some time later.
Two simple answers: First, he doesn't have to. Second, the only place this stuff has any traction at all is among the right, where these boards will testify that it is highly contentious and divisive. Why would he want to stop the right from fighting within itself?

Obama does have to prove he was born on US Soil. It will take time but he will pay the piper. The FBI and CIA are involved and if they were convinced he was okay they would ask for someone to speak out just for security sake. Obama is a security risk as a usurper. Other nations do not have to deal with him if they believe he is not our president.

You are right. There are tons of stories going around. It would be so nice if people were not silenced, if Obama would speak up, if records were not sealed, and we could rest easy Obama is not a terrorist. Until he is stopped or the truth is told the stories will get worse. And sealed actions and silence will be lifted when Obama refuses his puppet masters.
One of the very first cases there was a writ of certiorari where Obama should have shown documents. Instead he hired the CAIR terrorist hamas attorney to ask for dismissal. Then DNC nor Obama showed any documents whatsoever when it would have been that easy to get this over with months ago. In effect the DNC and Obama said they had no documents to show. No they did not have to show them. They can do exactly what they did and deny and ask for dismissals. Just remember for anything to go to SCOTUS there is merit. They are saying you, a citizen, have no standing or right to ask the Constitution to be upheld. What happened to government being servants of the people as Obama claimed last week? You are nothing to the DNC or Obama.
So what you are saying is Obama is above us all? What is it you will get out of Obama? Free healthcare? No taxes? Income tax refund without paying federal taxes? You want more military killed in Afghanistan? You like babies dying alone after botched abortions? You want African Americans killed off by Obama's abortion on demand policies? Which is it? Or maybe you just hate America like Obama and Michelle? You think the people are the problem? As for freepers being self appointed experts, if that means they do not take Obama's books and website for truth, but they do their own research, then yeah, they are experts. Obama could virtually be hiding that he was born in Hawaii but neither parent is a American citizen? That would be on the long form. Or he was adopted and his birth certificate shows the amendment. This is also why a BC would be sealed if he was adopted.
Maybe ask taxasdarlin where they got the information. Then research it and get back to us. Then we might think you put a little thought into what you post here.
There is a ton of evidence that Obama's mother and her parents were American citizens. People on FR have posted her family tree going back many generations.
