Obama's plan would buy votes for the Democrat Party, in the same way FDR's New Deal established majority power for 50 years of Democrat rule, and it would also simultaneously seriously damage any hope of future tax cuts. It would allow a majority of American voters to guarantee no taxes for themselves going forward. It would burden the private sector and put the public sector in permanent and firm control of the economy.

I believe Obama's plan is beyond FDR, who socialized part of the government. Obama wants to fully socialize what's left; if they don't comply, they will be litigated off the continent.

At least FDR had a war and recognized the enemy as the enemy. Obama is hoisting the white flag to terrorism while posing Limbaugh and his republicans as the enemy.

They are two different presidents.

You're spot on with that comment. Unfortunately, I know a LOT of people who voted for this loser, and no one can give me one reason why other than, "He's not the same old white guy we've had in power for 200+ years."

There are two things going on here. One prong of the Great Unifier's plan is to isolate elected Republicans from their voters and supporters by making the argument about me and not about his plan. ...and Rush, Is saying, "Not So Fast"

Rush again makes good points, but he is wrong in justifying the Merril Lynch expenditure of $1.2 million of TARP funds for redecorating offices under the guise of providing jobs.

That was taxpayer money appropriated (stolen) by the government and given to Merril Lynch with no oversight. In essence, Rush, who preaches that the private sector and the taxpayers should determine how they spend their own money, is instead approving the government deciding how the taxpayers should have their money spent.

If taxpayers were given the vote on how $1.2 million of their money should be spent, it sure as hell wouldn’t be for redecorating and $60,000 rugs for Merrill Lynch corrupt executives who just stole their retirement funds.

Come up with a better example Rush. Or send me a Freeper mail and I will instruct you in logical argumentation.

Obamawama is an empty suit with no power except that given to him by those he sold his soul to for the office of POTUS.

He read what is put in front of him and is the target.

If he has an opion about anything it will be used if the powers behind him say it’s ok.

When he becomes a danger to the reelection of the thieves in washington, they will cut his ba**s off and feed him to the wolves.
