Your are correct.
My mind is made up that either Obama’s Certification of Live Birth is genuine or else its a forgery and my mind is definitely made up that either a local District Attorney or a State Attorney General should subpoens the original document and the Obama copy for comparison by court appointed experts to determine the validity of the document.
Do you have a problem with that legal approach?
