Rush:

He wants conservatism, mainstream conservatism to be thought of the way you and I think of communism.
He wants it thought of as the most foreign, the most offensive, the most extreme manner of belief possible.
There are no elected Republicans who are espousing conservatism today, so he's gotta find somebody who is.
I happen to be the most prominent voice, but there are many others, so he focuses on me.

Pick the target, me, isolate it, polarize it.

It's almost like Colin Powell.
We'll kill it, we'll isolate it, we'll cut its head off.
That's what's happening here.
This is a purposeful effort to get rid of conservatism as a mainstream way of thinking forever in this country,

So it's ok to allow free speech as long as it's yours.

It's ok to drag children through the political mud, as long as their not yours.

It's ok to scream from your soap box about the ills of others, but no one from the great unwashed may criticize your activities.

While I am no great listener to Rush Limbaugh, and believe he's a bit over the top for me, who are you to criticize?

We must go beyond silencing Rush, it is time we silence anyone who opposes us. How else can we make the country better? I say we take every 'Rush Baby' and 'Ditto Head' and make them wear a label that warns us who they are (maybe a big L). We should make a list of all businesses they own and mark them so every person knows who they are and not to shop there. It is vital that the power of the administration silence people like Rush and his followers, they are keeping our pure ideology down.

The problem is, they just can't concentrate on our solutions. Maybe we should create some sort of education camps to help them with that?

Did any of you really look at that petition sign-in? It is not a reverse for Rush, it is the DNC petition. I’m afraid that signing it will be assumed you are support Pres. Hopy-changy’s stand against Rush.
