Nazi Eugenics, courtesy of Obama's economic stimulus plan

Lost among the language of Obama's "Economic Stimulus Package," aka "Welfare for Lobbyists," is a little-discussed provision to demand that every American submit to a government program for electronic medical records without a choice to opt out. SS#. I think the mark is to be used for banking purposes, and without it no one will be able to buy or sell, right? And I believe the new passports do have chips embedded - could be wrong about that, though.
My cat has an ID chip implanted in case he gets lost. What’s next?
