Like it or not, the Zero family are the current occupants, just like when FReepers kept vigil outside of the Vice Presidential residence during the Clinton/Gore transition and shouted "Get out of Cheney's house"! I don't imagine any of them actually believed that Dick Cheney
owned the residence, but he was the lawfully-elected occupant.
Whatever the technicalities of semantics, the Obamessiah's going to be living in the White House for the next 4 years and he better figure out the difference between its doors and windows. :-)
