I wish I could agree with you, but using the U. of Florida (Gainesville) as an example, only one real conservative is on the biology department faculty. Most of the rest of that campus is likewise socialism impaired.
Ever since the Federal government took over funding most research, the faculty produce what is funded. Liberal Agenda rules the roost.
Think “Agenda Uber Alles”. Then faculty political positions become understandable.

I have always thought Joe McCarthy was our last best chance to stop these *astards. He was destroyed (and maybe even Nixon also ????) for trying to stop what we are dealing with now from happening.
I used to think a lot of Nixon, too.
However, it’s certainly true that Kiss-arse-enger is a globalist through and through.
And the opening China thing had to be ordered by the Oligarchy.
Thankfully, God has used it in behalf of the Chinese people and the Gospel.
McCarthy was certainly a Patriot, imho.

That's why I put ???? by Nixon. I think he started out honorable, but something got to him or maybe too weak to take all the pressure put on him. The way the MSM went after him and for that matter still goes after him, makes me think there was some good about him that scared the hell out of the left. The left never forgets or forgives.

Hopefully, we in the Midwest are maybe a little different. I receive my share of federal funding but am clearly not popular with the PC fascists on campus.
