As I read it, God will eliminate, at least, a minimum of about 4 Billion people from this planet, by His own hand, from the judgments he metes out during the Tribulation. I sorta doubt there will be a mere 1 Billion people left alive here on earth, when Jesus Christ returns to earth, to set up His Kingdom and world-wide rule...
