No. 08-570 ================================================================ In The Supreme Court of the United States --------------------------------- ♦ --------------------------------- PHILIP J. BERG, Petitioner, v. BARACK OBAMA, et al., Respondents. --------------------------------- ♦ --------------------------------- On Petition For A Writ Of Certiorari Before Judgment To The United States Court Of Appeals For The Third Circuit

"A potential constitutional crisis under President Barack Obama now looms more and more with each passing day. This Court must recognize that its duty to the nation and to the law in the instant case is far greater than that duty which Chief Baron Pollock faced in Byrne v. Boadle. "

"mlo, are you suggesting the “citizen” and “natural born citizen” are one and the same?"

No. A naturalized citizen is also a citizen. You are either a naturlized citizen, or a natural born citizen. There is no other kind. Natural born just beans by birth.

Not for nothing but the $700,000,000,000.00 bail-out is Bush's baby.

That went to the bank's, I already wrote that off. I was talking about the 825,000,000,000 that bailout that 90% will go to pork government waste and cronnies.

That is not a bail-out. The bail-out was specifically the Bush-going-wobbley debacle.

LOL! The doc who delivered him, who conveniently died last year and cannot be questioned, who retired from active practice before BO was born, and now the only one old lady who “remembers” all of a sudden is interviewed! And in her fawning lapdog article she “remembers” all kinds of minutiae that no one can verify! ANd that’s EVIDENCE! Ha ha ha!

I stand corrected, Indonesia was heavily restricted.

No, Americans could travel to Indonesia in the 1980's and there were no restrictions against such travel.

"It has been debunked as a forgery ad naueum, over and over and over and over."

Yes, I have read the claims about the document, and no it has not been debunked as a forgery. It has been *claimed* a forgery, but those claims are amateurish nonsense only believed by people who don't know any better, or just really want to believe.

There is no credible evidence it is a forgery.

"And you keep showing up over and over and over and over repeating the same thing -—regardless—making no reference or counter point to the intense analysis of this forgery—as if you have no ability to assimilate the INFORMATION presented to your critical faculties."

No, that would again be the birthers you are describing. They keep showing up over and over making the same debunked claims.

I have backed up the things I've said, and have specifically countered the forgery allegations about that document. I'm sorry you missed that. I can repost it.

I’ve already read what Polarik says. It’s nonsense.

"He repeatedly drags out the lie that the HI officials say that the thing posted on websites is an authorized BC or whatever he is saying it is."

I *quote* them. That's dealing with facts. Try it.

"When they did not say that. I’m sick of him and his crap."

You are claiming they didn't say what they are quoted as saying?

You are sick of hearing things you just don't want to hear, because you want to believe.

"So in your mind, the fact that NBC is only used in the constitution in reference to POTUS and vice is inconsequential?"

It's not inconsequential. Using the term "natural born citizens" disqualifies naturalized citizens from being President.

there were no restrictions against such travel.

Not my understanding, I'll have to research when time permits.

I hate stepping in dog doo. So I don’t read your posts, just did that one time.

Carry on. Anyone who carefully reads these threads knows that you practice The Big Lie/s over and over again.

Have fun!

He says Polarik’s analysis is nonsene but refuses to do a point by point refutation of the 160 pages. It’s really easy to type the words “it’s nonsense” or “that’s a lie” over and over again.

He’s probably a very miserable person.

Anyone who carefully reads these threads knows the birthers like to dismiss things they don’t like to hear by calling them lies. Without actually bothering to prove them false.

I was in Jakarta in 1986 and there was no problem getting into the country. However, there was a military dictatorship under Suharto.

You're FOS except on the Indonesia part, it was heavily restricted

Nope, it was not.

You actually sound more and more like and Obot as each post that goes by and

I oppose nearly all of Obama's policies. That does not make me an Obot.

don't know sh!t about graphic reproduction.

I've scanned enough documents to know that sometimes folds come through, and sometimes they don't. One does not need a Ph.D. to figure that out.

Don't need to make stuff up to debate trolls, it would be a waste of time anyway.

Ah yes, the tyipcal response of a birther: anyone who disagrees with you is a troll.

Okay, have fun in your echo chamber wearing your tinfoil hat.

For those of us who don’t understand much legalese, what does this mean?

An Amicus Curiae, or "friend of the court," brief is a legal argument filed by someone who is not a party to the suit. They allow parties who will be affected by the outcome of the case, though they are not directly involved, to weigh in.

For example, if there's a suit with first amendment implications against the Washington Post, other publications not named in the case will file amicus briefs. Suits against one state frequently receive amicus briefs from other states. If it's an abortion case, pro-choice and pro-life groups will both weigh in.

The document posted is Bill Anderson asking for leave -- permission -- to present an amicus brief despite the fact that the court's deadline for such filings has passed.

Fact: The document produced was altered (redacted cert number Fact: As stated on the document, any alterations void the cert.

Fact: a JPG image of an official document is not an official document.

And a phone call to the newspaper agency from a proud grandma would have sufficed too. Are they going to say no to a little blurb - I doubt it.

Nope. They have a very clear policy:

IMPORTANT: You must attach a photocopy of your baby's official state-issued birth certificate; we cannot print your announcement without it.

He says Polarik’s analysis is nonsene but refuses to do a point by point refutation of the 160 pages.

Who has time to answer every point in 160 pages of nonsense?

FYI, taking pride in the length of a piece is another telltale sign of a crank. Real scientists strive for brevity and concision, and try to make their point in as few words as possible, with simple language that does not overstate their case. Polarik's prose, with all verbosity, and not to mention it's posturing and magisterial language, is about as unscientific and cranklike as it gets.

Besides, other people have already done the refutation. Why should mlo reinvent the wheel? Here's a link:
