I don't care about drug use one way or another for adults. I am for them to have the right to do so. We do live in a free country, or that's the stuff I was told as a kid anyways.

As far as I know, alcohol contains ethanol, which is definitely a central nervous system depressant, which makes it a psychoactive substance (which is a "drug" in this context). Of course any adult who has lived in western society with an IQ over 50 knows that booze is a psychoactive substance. I'm not sure why you don't. Unless it's the same reason many boozers don't. Because they don't want to see themselves as people who would dare to use drugs!
