In an online debate, I had a left-wing idiot argue that carbon dioxide would make water toxic for drinking by animals. I asked him if he thought carbonated beverages were toxic and then told him the pressures and saturations required to carbonate water to that mild level of acidity. And what’s simply stunning about it all is that they call conservatives stupid and uneducated.
It reminds me about the embryonic stem cell debate. If you repeat the nonsense often enough, enough people seem to believe it.
