Yes, I do believe Specter has taken his phone off the hook. I did get through to Collins and Lugar’s DC offices. Neither office would say how they plan to vote.

Yes he should and if he sells out the party, it doesn’t stop after a vote. Email, call every single day, make his life a living hell.
