Good lord. Its grassroots Woodstock.
The annual CPAC convention of conservatives is expected to be a sellout because two huge names are coming to deliver red-meat speeches: Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin. Weve got the whole list for you below. Limbaugh will play clean-up, speaking last on Saturday February, and organizers expect him to expand on fight with Obamacans over his recent comment: I want him to fail.
The schedule at the link says only that theyve been invited, not that theyve confirmed, but the fact that each has been given a specific time slot Palin speaks in the showcase 4:30 slot on Thursday, the first day presumably means theyre booked.

Isn’t it about time Rush thought about running for President himself?
Good! It’s a free country. They can speak anywhere they want!! Go Rush. Go Sarah!!!
God knows he is at least as well qualified as Barry was.
Rush won’t EVER run for President.
He has said that many times.
Heck, I wish he would.
Awesome!
I would loooooove to go to that! Not enough $$$ right now though. :(
And Go Away Romney! Go Away Huckabee! Go Away Paul!
I’m just glad to see Rush getting out in more venues.
It’s desperately needed for our side.
I love that Arlen Specter is scheduled to speak on Saturday the 28th with Sen Kyl under the topic “Can the Senate be saved?”. Wonder what kind of reception he’ll get?
For now.
Isnt it about time Rush thought about running for President himself?
Doesn’t he have too many divorces??? We need a person that is on their first marriage, pro life and conservative. Rush only has two out of three.
To paraphrase Rush, “Why become President? Why take the pay cut?”
I’m planning on going. It will be worth every penny I spend on this trip just to boo Spector. Why would they even have him there he is NOT A CONSERVATIVE.
Forever
Palin is going to run. :)
that is as close as you are going to get.
and...be a puppet for a bunch of self serving people? No, Rush is just fine where he is...he has proven that in the past and is certainly proving that now. Otherwise, why would they want to silence him????? They have not been able to put anyone on the air that can hold an audience. You’d think they would take a lesson from the success Rush has enjoyed but...then again...that’s why they can’t hold an audience. :)
Fairness Doctrine? yeah right...this will be a battle royal if they try to silence Rush or ANYONE else like this. I can’t wait. America will not stand for this...no way...no how!!!
Now this interests me. Rush and Sarah..that should be the most lively convention in some time.
Well, obviously he was scheduled before yesterday. It says the schedule was finished on 1/26.
I’m curious taht they have George McGovern listed as winning the Charlton Heston courage award. Now, is this a joke? Is there some other George McGovern? I don’t get that at all.
Palin is being Borked by the leftie media and bloggers. They want to insure she won’t even be a consideration in 2012.......
