Unfortunately, Dr’s seem to be able to easily reestablish their license in another state since like everything else with government, it’s poorly run. Hopefully a 2nd degree murder will follow...
The doctor is probably Haitian, and I imagine the girl is, too. It’s the usual situation of somebody exploiting his immigrant community, probably with money straight from the Ford Foundation.

Even by the accepted laws and court rulings in existence today there was a murder and, according to this report, the doctor concealed it.

What is it about murder that liberals don’t understand?? IT IS THE WILLFUL TAKING OF A HUMAN LIFE unless it is on the battlefield or for self defense. I hardly think a newborn baby represents a threat.
Don’t worry. Obama will protect this guy. Remember, he voted against making the Boran alive Infants protection Act, which would have outlawed this very practice.
This entire sick mindset befuddles me. Besides the obvious incredulity that a baby would be put in a bag alive and thrown in the garbage (which is the focus of the story), you have a girl who was trying to kill her baby who is now upset, and seeking damages because her baby was killed in a different manner than she wanted it killed.
Has Obama come to the defense of the murderous doctor yet?
