President Barack Obama has turned fearmongering into an art form. He has repeatedly raised the specter of another Great Depression. First, he did so to win votes in the November election. He has done so again recently to sway congressional votes for his stimulus package.
In his remarks, every gloomy statistic on the economy becomes a harbinger of doom. As he tells it, today's economy is the worst since the Great Depression. Without his Recovery and Reinvestment Act, he says, the economy will fall back into that abyss and may never recover.

In terrible times like this we need to all pull together and support anything Pelosi and her buddies come up with. Need to Put politics (and principles) aside and support all Pelosi’s massive Welfare pork programs. Hope and Change!

He is speading fear and uncertainty to pass his commie agenda. My business is done solely on the health of the private sector and I can tell you most business owners are scared to death to make any commitments because they have no trust in this government and what they are going to do.
What is coming is more micro managing and the picking of winners and losers depending how well a certain company follows the rules. For instance, your company does not get a contract because you don’t have the right kind of trucks or you don’t have enough minorities.
Since November my business has virtually halted to a stand still. Thanks a lot “O.”
