Your heart will break watching Arnold Schwarzeneggar praise the free market, knowing how he has turned from the truth to the socialism of his youth. :( Nevertheless, I encourage you to ask people to watch this fine series...along with "The Commanding Heights".

It’s Arnold in that video that led to my initial support of him. Just ashes and dust now.

Am I free to choose to do something with my money that's legal even though you find it offensive? I think so.

Is the free market free to produce something you find offensive? I think so

How free do you say we are?

Just this morning, I showed that clip of Milton Friedman explaining the magic of the price system in creating a pencil to the students in two of the Economics courses I teach. It’s almost heartbreaking to hear Friedman’s clarity and persuasiveness as an advocate for the free market, in the midst of this massive government intervention now unfolding. Makes you wish he was still around.

Absolutely, we are missing him now. I would love to hear his take on it. Instead of going over details of when the money actually gets spent, someone who honestly states that goverment spending is not the answer period.
